Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds are permitted provided you give us 24 hours’ notice via email. Because credit card companies no longer reimburse the 3% transaction fee, cancellations will be refunded at 97% of the original transaction amount for all payments made by credit card. Refunds due to a cancellation or cancellation on the part of H2O Adventures will be issued in full. Refunds are also granted in the event of a cancellation not attributable to the customer or due to extreme weather conditions (such as bad weather, rain during the reservation, winds exceeding 30 km/h, or temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius). If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, we will be happy to reschedule the reservation for another day, but no refund will be issued. No refund is offered in the event of a no-show.
